| Trend Line Objects Investor2007 provides numerous trend line or drawing objects that can be applied, moved, formatted, and drawn directly on a chart object. The trend line objects tool bar tray is on the left of the workstation. There are two different types of trend line drawing objects: - Static – such as the horizontal line, arc, text, vertical line, ellipse and etc. You can use them to annotate your chart objects. For example, you may want to highlight an area with the rectangle drawing object. You might also want to add text on the chart to make some notes.
- Analytic – such as the Fibonacci Cycle, Percent Retracement, and Gann Fan perform analytical calculation from the chart data where they are drawn.
Creating a trend line object To create a trend line object follow these steps:  - Activate drawing object from tool bar, or
choose Insert > Drawing from main menu bar. Select desired drawing object. - Click on the chart object to perform drawing.
- Depending on your selected object, you may apply manipulation.
To view manipulation guideline on the drawing object, you’ve applied on a chart, hover mouse pointer on the drawn object. A specific hint pointer appears.  When you change the data interval of your chart, you don't need to re-adjust your trend line object, Investor2007 automatically scale drawing for you.
Removing of the trend line object To remove trend line object from a chart you should first activate by click on the object. - After that press Del button or
Right-mouse-click to show pop-up menu and select [x] to delete. Trend line parameters Most of the trend line objects have a specific set of parameters. - To view or/and edit parameters double-click on the drawing object.
